This website, fmtech.pro, is operated by Focus Media Technology, LLC, doing business as FM Tech ("FM Tech," "we," or "us"). We are a commercial security and building technology integrator based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, serving Hampton Roads.

When you submit the contact form, our systems send your information to our GoHighLevel account, where it is stored as a contact record with a note containing your project details, tagged as a website inquiry, and tracked as a sales opportunity.

GoHighLevel processes this information on our behalf and under its own terms and privacy practices. Information you submit is not sent to GoHighLevel directly from your browser; it passes through the form-processing service described below.

Service providers and hosting

We rely on the following kinds of service providers to run this website and handle form submissions:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts this website through AWS Amplify and runs the form-processing service (Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda) that receives your submission and passes it to our CRM. AWS also stores the credentials our service uses to connect to the CRM.
• HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel): our CRM, as described above.

These providers may handle your information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.

Cookies and analytics

As of October 10, 2026, this website does not use advertising cookies, and we have not installed web analytics or tracking tools on it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs of requests made to the site.

The pages link to some third-party websites, such as manufacturer websites and map services. Those sites have their own cookie and privacy practices, which we do not control.

If we add analytics, advertising, or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website.
